Aroma: Spicy black pepper, raspberry, blackberry and plum leaps from the glass. Good balance levels of fresh vanillin oak gives complexity to the nose.
Palate: Soft and fruity with present yet elegant tannins. Flavoursof dark cherries, plums and varietal spice dominate with the support of light vanillin oak characters with a long finish.
Oak Used: 100% American oak barrels aged for minimum 6 months.
Peak Drinking: Now and up to 2 years with careful cellaring.
Food Pairing: Any Asian dish using oyster sauce as base to enhance the flavours.
