Aroma: Forest berry, dark plum and subtle violets nuances coupled with supporting vanilla and cedar oak aromas.
Palate: A fruit driven wine with the ripe blackberry ,currant and plum fruit evident with a hint of chocolate oak characters. The palate is fresh and lively with smooth supple tannins helping to integrate the wine's exuberance with poise and balance.
Oak Used: 50% French oak, 50% American Oak aged for a minimum 8 months.
Food Pairing: A soy and sesame marinated fillet mignon would pair well withthis wine.
